Senior Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Senior reporting analyst who will be responsible for collecting data from stakeholders, overseeing preparation of reports for senior leadership, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of performance insights

Role Overview

•Plays a leading role in tracking and evaluating the execution of the initiatives of NCSS

•Key objectives:

–Developing and maintaining structured reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate progress tracking

–Enabling data-driven decision-making based on insightful reports summarizing key decision points

–Ensuring transparency and accountability by upholding high-quality reporting standards

Work Experience

•5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting or performance tracking

•Demonstrated ability to lead reporting initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

•Lead collection and validation of initiative progress data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards

•Prepare high-quality reports and presentations, delivering structured insights to leadership at agreed cadence

•Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and action points for decision-makers

•Coordinate with stakeholders to gather reporting inputs, address data gaps, and ensure alignment on performance metrics

•Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering collaboration

•Strong understanding of KPIs, project tracking methodologies, & performance monitoring tools

•Ability to structure and present complex data in a clear and impactful manner

Education

•Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field

•Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or project management is (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Data Science certificates) are a plus
