Business Analyst/ Project Manager

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager with a technical background in BI to join our team. This role involves supporting the Business Intelligence initiatives of a Danish hearing aid manufacturer.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding
• Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
• Manage stakeholders effectively, maintaining transparency and building strong working relationships
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation
• Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet user needs and expectations
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data-driven or BI-focused environments
• Proven experience working with Business Intelligence solutions
• A background in BI development is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document requirements and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Experience with migration projects is a plus
• Familiarity with Power BI or other similar BI tools is a bonus
