About The Job

As our Experience Designer, you will:

• Capture and interpret business and customer requirements, translating them into memorable and captivating digital customer experiences
• Create experiences in an iterative manner, showcasing and validating your ideas with consumers, client stakeholders, and fellow team members
• Develop well-considered and visually appealing digital experiences that align with the brand identity and guidelines
• Own the experience you created and guide & support the engineering team throughout the development process
  
  
  

Requirements

The skills you will bring:

• Are experienced in both UX and UI design, delivering well-rounded solutions
• Have a client-centric approach and empathy towards customer needs and preferences
• Have excellent communication skills: ability to adapt communication style to developers and clients, facilitating workshops and fostering effective collaboration
• Are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to different project requirements and challenges
• Are innovative, constantly seeking new and creative approaches to improve user experiences and design solutions
