We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience in React JS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts and will not be required to travel. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React JS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code
- Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the companys security and compliance policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Strong proficiency in React JS with 3 to 10 years of experience
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements
- Nice to have experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- A passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends.
