Description

  • Crafting effective prompts that guide AI models toward specific outputs, considering the model's strengths and weaknesses
  • Experimenting with different prompts, analyzing the AI's responses, and iteratively refining prompts for improved results
  • Creating a collection of prompts for various tasks, applications, and scenarios, ensuring they are well-documented and easy to use
  • Collaborating with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to integrate prompts into existing workflows and applications
  • Using prompts to train and fine-tune AI models, improving their ability to understand and respond to user input
  • Working with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, gather feedback, and ensure prompts meet specific requirements
  • Ensuring that AI prompts are used responsibly and ethically, considering potential biases and unintended consequences
  • Ensuring accuracy and precision in prompt design and testing, paying close attention to detail in AI responses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 01 to 04 years of professional experience as an AI Prompt Engineer
  • Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, Agile methodologies, and Azure-based deployments
  • Understanding of NLP, ML, and AI principles, with familiarity and demonstrated hands-on experience with any one or few of the various AI models and tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Dall-E, PyTorch, Jax, Bolt.New, Cursor, Windsurf, Microsoft Intellicode, Tabnine, MS Power Platform
  • Ability to craft clear, concise, and effective prompts that communicate complex information to AI models
  • Analyzing AI outputs, identifying areas for improvement, and developing systematic prompt evaluation methodologies
  • Troubleshooting issues with AI prompts, identifying and addressing potential biases, and ensuring AI responses align with user intent
  • Effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and gathering feedback
  • Preferably candidates graduated from Premier Institutes (i.e., IIT, NIT, BITS...)
