Data Analyst

I am currently searching for an experienced freelance Data Analyst to join an exciting client of mine based in Brussels

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, interpreting, and transforming data into meaningful insights that inform the decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support strategic initiatives and help them meet their business objectives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and an ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support project goals.
• Create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track project performance and KPIs.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and data-driven recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all analysis processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (freelance experience preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to a non-technical audience.

Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
