We are hiring for Agile Coach / Scrum Master (BANKING -Enterprise / Large Scale Agile Coaching)

Location : Hybrid & 2 days in Glasgow Office

• Should have Prior experience in providing high-quality technical guidance and support to resolve complex challenges, ensuring alignment with the bank's technology practices, industry best practices, and business objectives.
• Proven experience with implementations and executions of large-scale agile frameworks and should have prior experience as an Agile Coach in an enterprise setting.
• Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda. Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the team's work.
• Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change. This includes planning resources, budgets, and policies; managing and maintaining policies/processes; delivering continuous improvements; and escalating breaches of policies/procedures.
