Senior React Developer

We seek a a highly skilled React Developer Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. The role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development, with a strong focus on React.js and modern front-end technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient React.js applications.
• Design and implement UI components using React.js, Redux, and other modern libraries.
• Optimize web applications for performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to develop high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

What will make you succeed:

• 12+ years of experience in web development, with at least 8+ years specializing in React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Go and Next.js is preferred, but candidates with at least some experience in these technologies will be considered.
• Strong understanding of Redux, React Context API, Hooks, and state management patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
• Experience with version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with Micro Frontends architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to CICD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with WebSockets and real-time applications
