Product Owner

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You’ll lead product execution within a key area of our platform—bringing clarity, driving momentum, and ensuring that what we ship truly resonates with customers.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines, including design, engineering, data, marketing and support. You'll balance the big picture with sharp execution, using both qualitative and quantitative insight to guide decisions and drive product impact. You’ll own the backlog, define success, and rally the team behind a shared vision—ensuring we continuously deliver meaningful value.

The Team

You’ll be part of a globally distributed product team with colleagues across Canada, the UK and Europe. While many of us enjoy in-person collaboration in our local offices, remote working is fully supported.

This team partners closely with engineers, product designers, data scientists, and UX writers to build the platform our 3,400+ customers rely on to deliver human insights. What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the product backlog for your area—ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business and customer goals
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver high-impact features and enhancements
• Translate product strategy into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Act as the voice of the customer during agile ceremonies and throughout the product development lifecycle
• Define and monitor key product metrics to guide decision-making and measure success
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure continuous delivery
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape roadmap direction with data and customer feedback
• Identify and proactively address delivery risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies across teams
• Support go-to-market readiness and cross-functional coordination for new product releases

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in an agile SaaS environment
• Experience managing backlogs and leading cross-functional delivery teams
• Good understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• A business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into executable work
• Track record of delivering user-centric, web-based software products
• Skilled in writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Comfortable working with data to inform prioritization and feature design
• Excellent communicator who can convey context, rationale, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Experience working across distributed teams and time zones
• Passion for accessibility, usability, and inclusive product design
