About The Role
We’re looking for a hybrid profile between a Creative Project Manager, Creative Operations Manager, and Design Ops, to join the marketing team of a tech-sector international client as an embedded member.
This new role will be key in coordinating design, animation, and asset production initiatives within the client’s team, working alongside designers, as well as other stakeholders from the client's internal marketing team.
Your Mission
- Act as the main point of contact between the client, the design team, motion designers, and the client’s internal marketing team.
- Clearly organize and prioritize requests for design, animation, or visual content.
- Structure workflows, deadlines, and deliverables across a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain visibility of each creative initiative's status (campaigns, launches, landing pages, emails, social content, etc.).
- Ensure visual consistency and deliverable quality (alongside the Creative Director if applicable).
- Report progress, identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, and raise flags when needed.
- Bring strong aesthetic judgment, prioritization skills, and operational vision.
- 3+ years of experience as a PM, Design Ops, or Creative Producer in agencies, tech companies, or marketing teams.
- Advanced or bilingual English (essential for meetings, notes, and daily reporting).
- Experience managing creative projects (graphic design, UX/UI, motion).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, provide clear visibility on task status, and facilitate decision-making.
- Strong command of project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent communication, organization, accountability, and visual sensibility.
- Experience in embedded teams or working with international clients.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of UX or content for performance marketing.
- Background in producing assets for digital marketing (email marketing, social media, landing pages, etc.).
