Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Intermediate level of proficiency in Business Model Strategy is recommended. Security Compliance Client Data Protection (CDP) proficiency is suggested.
