Job Description:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will develop new applications (often from A to Z) specifically for the Federal Judicial Police Brussels, you will define and develop new applications and be responsible for improvements to existing resources. You must also inform the users and the different hierarchical levels in the scope.

• Participate in the definition of the requirements, together with the business leaders
• Participate in the design, taking into account the defined standards, and the development of applications;
• Suggest improvements or modifications to make existing applications more efficient, user-friendly or modern;
• Participate in development and change management planning, taking into account technical requirements and management priorities;
• Define test procedures for the different environments and ensure that they are performed correctly.
• Editing technical and user documentation:
• Be responsible for the rollout of the new solutions and changed applications;
• Ensure compliance with current information security rules to ensure organizational continuity and data confidentiality, integrity, and availability;

Profile description

• You are familiar with the Laravel framework for the development of the front and back end of the applications;
• Front-end : PHP (Laravel) with combination of vue.js or React
• You have mastered at least one of the following programming languages: Python
• You are proficient in the use and definition of APIs and you know the associated standards;
• Je hebt kennis van meerdere NoSQL databases zoals document databases, multimodal databases, Graph databases, vector databases);
• You have a very good knowledge of SQL;
• You are familiar with the operation of case management systems and can translate needs into a CMS implementation;
• You know the DEVOPS track with its different environments and can define and position the test procedures in the DEVOPS track.
• You are familiar with implementing the necessary solutions to meet the legal requirements (logging, tracing) and the necessary continuity of the solutions;
• You have a very good knowledge of the implementation of information security and privacy principles;
