Tickmill is looking to hire a Product Designer to join our rapidly expanding team to assist with the entire design process, execute excellent UX flows, apply visual design systems, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, create production-ready designs, conduct usability testing and support implementation.
The successful candidate will be responsible to improve existing product designs and analyze market standards to produce high quality and performance outcomes.

What the job looks like?
The Product Designer will have the opportunity to:
- Translate complex user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and polished visual designs that support seamless and engaging experiences.
- Build and iterate on interactive prototypes to test and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Create and maintain consistent design systems and reusable UI components to ensure scalability and coherence across products.
- Collaborate closely with Product team, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation.
- Lead and participate in user research, competitor analysis to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and inform design strategies.
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing to evaluate and refine your designs post-launch.
- Present your work clearly and explain the rationale behind design decisions.
- Balance multiple initiatives while managing timelines, feedback loops, and evolving priorities.
- Stay current with industry best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Degree in Design or a related field, other relevant background would be considered as an advantage.
- Proficient in English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Proven track record of creating user-centric designs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in: Creating and analyzing user personas, wireframes, and prototypes, Building user flows and following acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Adobe Ps etc.) and previous mobile development experience.
