Senior Product Designer

Our Product Design team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us on our journey!

A Senior Product Designer is a key player in driving impactful, high-quality design solutions across complex products or entire product areas. They are responsible for leading design efforts from ideation to execution, ensuring that solutions not only meet user needs but also align with broader business goals. They work on ambiguous problems that require strong research, critical thinking, and stakeholder alignment. They actively shape and contribute to the design strategy, often influencing the product roadmap and ensuring design consistency across the platform. Beyond execution, they play a mentorship role within the team, coaching junior designers, running design critiques, and refining best practices. Senior designers also work closely with leadership, advocating for the value of design within the company and influencing company-wide initiatives related to user experience and design culture.

Your day-to-day

• Drive product strategy by identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities that inform intuitive, innovative, and cohesive user experiences
• Integrate insights into design, using both qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate decisions throughout the design lifecycle
• Champion high standards of design, advocating for clarity, usability, inclusivity, and visual excellence across all platforms and touch points
• Define and scale design systems, ensuring consistency in interaction, visual, and brand execution across multiple teams and products
• Create and refine design deliverables, from exploratory sketches to polished high-fidelity prototypes that communicate intent and guide implementation
• Establish efficient research and validation processes, including usability testing and iterative design informed by real user behaviour and feedback
• Influence cross-functional collaboration, presenting strong design perspectives in leadership forums and ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders
• Bridge design, product, and engineering, enabling smooth translation of design into production and improving the speed and quality of delivery
• Mentor designers across levels, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help grow craft, confidence, and strategic thinking within the team
• Foster a culture of collaboration, helping to improve design operations, workflows, and storytelling practices across teams
  
  

Your background and mindset

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a strong focus on UI/UX
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, using advanced features for efficient design
• Portfolio showcasing clean, intuitive, and user-centered product experiences
• Strong strategic thinking and pixel-perfect execution
• Skilled in clearly communicating design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Data-informed, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design
• Up to date with modern tools, trends, and methodologies
• Comfortable designing across multiple platforms
• Proactive self-starter with strong work ethic and ownership mindset
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience mentoring designers and a passion for elevating team craft and collaboration
• Proven ability to align design execution with product and business objectives
• iGaming experience is a plus
