GenAI Developer - Finland, remote - Contract

Our client is a Finland-based financial services provider offering everyday banking and insurance solutions for individuals and businesses, and they're looking for a GenAI Developer to join their team as they expand further into AI.

They focus on delivering a smooth, user-friendly experience through services like payments, savings, loans, and insurance, along with convenient features such as express transfers.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to support analytical work, particularly in understanding customer behaviour and internal processes.
• Review a backlog of potential development opportunities. Evaluate and prioritise these, then create solution plans for implementation, with a strong AI component.
• Carry out targeted evaluations in specific knowledge domains using AI tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Google Gemini (Microsoft Copilot beneficial)
• Expertise in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with LLMs and Machine Learning Platforms
• Solid understanding of data analytics, AI-assisted decision-making, and generative AI applications
• You must be able to communicate in Finnish and English fluently

This contract is a 100% allocation which begins now until EOY, plus extensions.
