Project / Change Management Lead – Hedge Fund – up to 200k TC – DUBLIN

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project / Change Manager to join a highly prestigious, award-winning, multi billion dollar AUM hedge fund, in their expanding Dublin office.

Our client is looking to hire a Project / Change Manager to take the lead on a wide variety of business initiatives - hugely significant, firmwide projects which will impact the entire business, offering the hire visibility and autonomy within the firm. You will work directly with the most senior stakeholders to address specific business needs, then take the lead on facilitating these changes. The role will offer exposure to the firm’s global operations, with frequent interaction to their teams in other global offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to take a step up into one of the leading hedge funds in the industry. My client are open to background – the successful candidate could from a change team in a bank, a consulting firm with a financial services focus, or a wider non-investment function, with a core focus on project management.

The Dublin office is rapidly expanding and seen as an important centre of business, rather than a satellite. There is significant collaboration between teams, regular off-sites, and an attractive hybid working policy on offer. We expect the role to pay a 150-200k TC.
