One of Stelfox’s clients is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join their Enterprise RDARR Program within the Dublin Dev Labs. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-impact projects that bridge technology and business.

6-month initial contract term, rolling / long-term contract

Competitive daily rate

Hybrid, with three days on-site and two days remote each week

Team: Enterprise RDARR Program – Dublin Dev Labs

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead collaborative workshops with both Technology and Business stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Accurately capture meeting outcomes, define actionable next steps, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Manage project delivery with autonomy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accountability for timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of project objectives and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, supported by strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to drive alignment and actionable outcomes.
• Proven ability to operate independently while effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing early-stage or discovery-phase project activities.
• Familiarity with data governance, data lineage, or regulatory frameworks such as BCBS 239.
