We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic product team at a fast-growing Go3 platform. Your work will directly shape the way thousands of users experience Go3 every day—by helping us ship better features, faster. 

What You'll Do (And Why It Matters) 

Own Delivery Tracking & Planning  

• Track product delivery progress and ensure quality standards are met 
• Support development processes by staying informed and providing operational input 

Drive Impact Measurement 

• Own impact measurement and analysis for all product initiatives 
• Create visibility into what's working (and what isn't) across our product portfolio 
• Analyze performance metrics to guide future product decisions 

Be the Operational Backbone  

• Support our Product Managers by taking ownership of execution tracking 
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining high quality standards 
• Provide the operational structure that allows our product team to focus on strategy and customer research 

What We're Looking For 

The Right Experience: 

• 3-5 years in product operations, program management, or similar delivery-focused roles 
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles 
• Background in tech companies, preferably consumer-facing products 
• Familiarity with OTT/streaming platforms is a plus, but passion for the space is what matters most 

The Right Mindset: 

• You thrive on bringing order to complexity and love making teams more effective 
• You're naturally curious about metrics and enjoy digging into data to find insights 
• You're a problem-solver who sees process gaps as exciting challenges to tackle 
• Strong attention to detail and tolerance for working within imperfect processes 
• Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

• Experience working directly with product teams or in product development environments
