Available vacancy in our Vilnius office: Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all internal and external visual materials strictly adhere to the company’s brandbook and visual identity guidelines (hunting and wildlife).
• Regularly review and refine brand guidelines in line with emerging design trends, competitor analysis, and market expectations.
• Deliver high-quality designs for in-house use, including presentations, point-of-sale materials, digital content, internal campaigns, and website visuals. At the same time, ensure all internal assets reflect the brand's tone, quality, and professionalism.
• Evaluate designs created by agencies, freelancers, and other third parties, ensuring they meet brand standards and visual excellence.
• Take and hands-on designer role in designing company merchandise and branded giveaways, ensuring all products visually represent the brand’s personality and values.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI-powered design tools and platforms, integrating them into daily workflows to increase efficiency and creativity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Proven ability to develop and manage brand identity across digital and print.
• Skilled in leading creative projects and collaborating with external partners.
• Solid understanding of brand strategy and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate business goals into design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Russian would be an asset.
