Project Manager - Information Security (Governance & Compliance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Information Security - Governance and Compliance team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization's security practices align with European regulations and internal compliance frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proper foundation in Information Security and a willingness to expand their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various Information Security teams, particularly the Application Security team, to coordinate penetration testing efforts.
• Support the management and tracking of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with defined standards.
• Assist in the review and improvement of Information Security Governance and Compliance documentation.
• Help coordinate cross-team initiatives to ensure effective security practices are maintained.
• Monitor and align projects with European regulations such as DORA, and the future ones.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to provide timely updates and progress reports on Information Security projects.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.
• Familiarity with penetration testing processes and coordination.
• Familiarity with European regulations such as DORA, NIS2, EMIR, etc.
• Experience in project management and the ability to effectively coordinate efforts across teams.
• Organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Open-mindedness and an eagerness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 2750 - 3100 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
