Job Title: Project Manager – Secure Operations

Location: Luxembourg

Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term (with strong potential for extension or permanent hire)

Salary: €84,000–€105,000 + bonus + 29 days’ holiday + on-site gym access

Overview:

A leading European secure technology company is looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a major operations centre in Luxembourg. You’ll work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of a secure, 24/7 operational environment serving high-level institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage the definition and execution of operational requirements for a new 24/7 secure site.
• Act as the liaison between internal technical/security stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive process alignment and documentation around secure operations and infrastructure.
• Participate in vendor selection, hardware and software testing, and service rollout planning.
• Lead technical and operational documentation efforts, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Attend meetings and contribute to international working groups as a senior subject-matter expert.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 9+ years of project management experience in secure operations, data centres, NOCs, or infrastructure delivery.

✔️ Background in IT, secure communications, or critical infrastructure (engineering degree preferred).

✔️ Proven ability to manage complex projects across technical and operational domains.

✔️ Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

✔️ Must be a European national and eligible for EU/NATO security clearance.

Nice to Have:

➕ PRINCE2 or PMP certification.

➕ Background in telco, government, or institutional environments.

➕ Familiarity with facility security concepts (e.g. secure zones, access control).

Additional Info:

🕓 12-month FTC with high potential to go permanent.

🧳 Some travel required (Europe-based).

🏢 Office-based in Betzdorf, with flexibility for occasional travel.
