- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex software solutions in international projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture principles.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Bonus: experience with Python (preferably Flask) for prototyping or internal tooling.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe is a plus).
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.Soft skills
