Summary

The Agile Coach plays a critical role in guiding multiple development squads toward adopting the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, fostering a shift from project-based to product-oriented working practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor development teams in implementing SAFe methodology.
  • Facilitate the transition from project logic to product logic across 100 squads.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance their Agile practices.
  • Conduct training sessions, including face-to-face meetings at the tobacco office when necessary.
  • Monitor and support the progress of teams converted in 2023 and those that need to be converted by the end of 2024.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience in large projects and international companies.
  • Ability to work with teams adopting new methodologies.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
  • Background in coaching or mentoring Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with SAFe framework implementation.
