CLM Product Owner

Job Description
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and passion for system management, vendor collaboration, and process optimization? We are looking for a CLM Product Ownerto join our global Communication LifeCycle Management team.

In this role, you will lead and support the implementation and maintenance of our Communication Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure effective collaboration with our system provider.

We offer full time employment contract for a period of 15 months/maternity cover. The job shall be hybrid, our office address in Ljubljana is ulica Jozeta Jame 16.

Job Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management

• Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with our system provider
• Monitor and escalate issues, manage open items, and ensure contract compliance
• Monitor SLA and KPI to ensure contractual compliance
  
  

CLM System Implementation and system maintenance

• Lead project planning and execution of tasks on Danfoss side using MS Projec
• Track, report and escalate system issues, errors and backlog items
• Maintain and implement system integrations in collaboration with technical teams
• Implement potential system enhancements and improvement opportunities
  
  

Financial Oversight

• Manage framework orders, invoice approvals, and monthly accruals
  
  

Operational Support

• Monitor the CLM team inbox and ticket tracking system
• Provide first-line support to superusers and end users for CLM-related issues
  
  

Training & Onboarding

• Organize and facilitate onboarding session
• Plan and conduct regular superuser meetings and training sessions
  
  

Audit & Optimization

• Oversee wireless audits and ensure timely delivery of optimization reports
  
  

Background & Skills
Technical & Functional Skills

• Education background - bachelor degree (economics faculty preferred)
• Experience with system implementation and maintenance
• Experience with Project Management
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, MS Project, SAP, MS Teams
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Understanding Financials.
