Résumé du poste

Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines à l’écoute des services opérationnels de l’hôtel, Le Coordinateur de Ressources Humaines œuvre à l’ensemble de l’activité du Département Ressources Humaines.

Polyvalent, notre futur Coordinateur des Ressources Humaines gère et déploie les différentes opérations RH de son périmètre :

• La mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH ;
• Du recrutement à l’intégration des associés de l’Hôtel ;
• La formation ;
• Développement RH ;
• Administration du personnel : gestion de l'ensemble du cycle de vie des employés, de l'embauche à la sortie de l'entreprise
• Gestion de la paie : Collecte, vérification et traitement des éléments variables de paie
• Communication interne et QVT

Profil recherché

Diplômé en Ressources humaines ou Hôtellerie avec une expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire.

Doté d’un bon esprit d’équipe, notre Coordinateur de Ressources Humaines est organisé, autonome et a le sens des priorités.

Parallèlement, il dispose d’une réelle capacité d'écoute et une aptitude à la communication écrite et orale.

Anglais, oral et écrit, recommandé
