We are currently supporting a leading multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry in their search for a seasoned HR professional to join their dynamic, fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong HR foundation and a proactive mindset to make a tangible impact within a globally respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, Swiss labor law, and best practices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., insurance, payroll providers)
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Swiss employment regulations, social security, and tax requirements
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Completed KV apprenticeship and further qualification in HR (e.g., Eidg. Dipl. Personalfachmann/-frau or equivalent)
- 4+ years of HR administration experience in an international setting
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurance, and tax processes
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
