We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a team of six project/product delivery managers and oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role focused on execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital or sustainability-focused projects, and the ability to navigate across functions to align priorities, resources, and outcomes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery and fostering a high-performance culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 6 delivery/project managers
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and strategic projects, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget alignment
• Champion delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with product, engineering, process design, and business teams to align execution with strategic priorities
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Act as the escalation point for delivery challenges and stakeholder alignment
• Embed best practices and standardized delivery methodologies across teams

Who are you?

• 8+ years of experience in project or product delivery, including 5+ in a leadership role
• Strong track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives from initiation through implementation
• Proficient in Agile and hybrid delivery models; PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications preferred
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to lead without authority and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals
• Passionate about structure, scalability, and delivering value through strong execution
