Are you passionate about backend development and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting? We are looking for a Java Back-End Developer Intern to join our engineering team in the eMobility industry. You will have the opportunity to work in agile approach on cutting-edge solutions that power electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and smart mobility platforms. This internship will allow you to develop real-world applications while contributing to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot for eMobility services.
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to store and process EV charging and mobility data
• Write clean code and follow best practices and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with senior developers to debug, optimize, and enhance backend services
• Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and code reviews

Technical Requirements

• Understanding of Java programming fundamentals
• Understanding of basic OOP principles
• Basic understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Basic understanding of SQL and database management
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git
• Exposure to testing frameworks
• Exposure to frameworks like Spring or Hibernate (optional)

• Willingness to learn with open mindset
• Good communication skills and open for other people
• Team collaboration
• Basic problem-solving
• English level B1+(written and spoken)
