Responsibilities:

• Leading a team across multiple strands of Technology.
• Developing scalable processes end-to-end.
• Forming and conceptualizing system architecture changes alongside senior members of the team.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones
• Building reusable code for future use
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages

Requirements to be considered:

• Proven experience working in a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) or similar role within Financial Services.
• Experience of working within the UAE is preferred but not essential.
• Extremely strong technical acumen.
• Strong leadership skills, meaning you have led sizeable teams that have scaled (over 100 people).
• Fantastic English communication skills.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently and organize your work in a well thought our manner.
