We’re recruiting an 'Instructional Designer' for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, training materials, and educational content using Articulate Storyline and other authoring tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop appropriate instructional strategies
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly course interfaces using Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Develop animated video content using Vyond to enhance learning experiences
- Apply basic HTML knowledge to customize and troubleshoot e-learning modules as needed
- Ability to use HTML to manage Wiki pages
- Ensure all learning materials align with instructional design best practices and adult learning principles
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design
- Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and UX/UI best practices
- Candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles and proficiency in various e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in instructional design roles
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
- Experience with Vyond or similar animation software
- Basic knowledge of HTML for e-learning customization
- Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
