Adecco is hiring a Business Analyst – Product HCM to join our client’s digital transformation team. If you're experienced in Oracle Fusion HCM and passionate about delivering scalable HR tech solutions, this opportunity is for you!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions (Payroll & Compensation modules)

✅ Configure and customize applications to meet unique business needs

✅ Work with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Extracts, Fast Formula, and workflows

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements

✅ Support testing, training, documentation, and system optimization

🔧 Required Skills & Experience:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or MIS

🛠 3–5 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM

🔸 Proficient in Core HR, Payroll, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL/PL-SQL

💬 Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions
