Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join a leading SaaS firm based in Singapore. You will drive the development and success of our cloud-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company goals and market demands in the SaaS industry.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to identify and prioritize product features and requirements.
• Development Oversight: Work closely with engineering and design teams to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the Singapore and APAC markets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related updates, presenting roadmaps, progress, and metrics to leadership and clients.
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user adoption, retention, and revenue growth to optimize product success.
• Compliance & Localization: Ensure products comply with Singapore regulations (e.g., PDPA for data protection) and are tailored for local and regional user needs.

Profile Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription metrics, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for project management.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin or other regional languages a plus.
• Location: Based in Singapore; hybrid or remote work may be considered.
