Assistant Product Manager, Cards (BANK)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Assistant Product Manager (Cards)
• 6 months maternity cover contract

The Job

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive customer engagement and incremental card spend
• Analyse and review marketing campaigns and initiatives to pinpoint areas to improve marketing efficiencies
• Conduct data analysis to track product performance and ensure alignment with business goals
• Perform regular checks to verify the accuracy of the information published on the product page.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, track and review marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end to achieve business objectives
• Steer the work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely rollout of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to maintain competitive positioning
• Perform data analysis to track product performance and ensure alignment with business goals
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks such as addressing customer queries, assisting with UAT testing, raising requisition and invoicing for payment processing, and stocktaking inventory for card plastic and mailers

• Creative and meticulous with an eye for details
• Customer centric, able to understand and anticipate what customers need
• Data driven with good analytical skills
• Demonstrate clear communication and presentation skills, able to manage internal stakeholders and external partners
• Team player with good interpersonal skills to collaborate widely with cross-functional teams
• At least 2 years of product management experience in a payments industry
