Project Management Specialist

Mandatory Skills :-

• 7-10+ years of experience in managing large and complex Tech Projects and Programmes with detailed knowledge in programme delivery and governance
• Demonstrable track record of managing multiple projects to ensure successful delivery
• Strategic, detail oriented and analytical, to be able to analyze situations and perform well in a dynamic environment
• Experience and exposure to different project methodologies and strategies
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree with PMP / Prince 2 / Scrum Master Certifications (preferable)
• Highly proficient with Tools such as PPT, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint.
• Produces good PowerPoint slides which is a must
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Monitor project Issues, Risks and Dependencies and provide advisory on interdependencies by tracking and monitoring interlocks across projects to escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
• Oversee project governance as defined by the organization to ensure deliverables are completed according to project delivery methodology in a timely manner
• Ensure relevant approvals are obtained in a timely manner to support smooth project delivery and adherence to standards and processes defined by the organization
• Oversee quality of project deliverables throughout the project delivery lifecycle by performing quality assurance to facilitate adherence to standards and processes as defined by the organization
• Drive operational excellence by increasing effective engagements with the business and tech team across all workstream verticals to identify potential issues such as delays in timeline and cross project dependencies for Digital Tech projects
• Attend and manage governance forums by preparing invites, decks, consolidating agenda items, circulation of minutes and follow up on action items in a timely manner
• Oversee and perform quality assurance of deliverables and milestones to facilitate adherence to organization standards and processes for Digital Tech projects
• Perform any additional administrative activities if required
