Human Resources Generalist

Hiring a Human Resources Generalist for our clients. You will be responsible for supporting and administering a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other talent sources.
  • Act as the first point of contact to deal with employee relations
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, including guiding managers on evaluations and feedback.
  • Help maintain training records and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training compliance).
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
