Agile Coach

We are seeking a Sr Agile Coach Consultant at – New York / New Jersey / Atlanta

Job Type – Full Time

Experience Needed 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices across frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Provide hands-on support to teams and individuals to improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
• Design and deliver Agile training sessions tailored to various roles and experience levels.
• Promote a shared understanding of Agile concepts across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
