As an Product Designer (all genders), you will design and enhance user interfaces to provide a seamless experience for job seekers and employers alike. You’ll collaborate closely with our product and tech teams to bring intuitive designs to life, ensuring our platform remains user-friendly and accessible.

YOUR MISSION

• Create and optimize high-quality, responsive UI designs and interactive prototypes that align with our brand and enhance user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and improve the overall user experience.
• Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across products while implementing accessibility best practices.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize concepts and validate design decisions.
  
  

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• Experience: 3-5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills. Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or similar industries is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with component libraries and design systems is highly desirable. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive design decisions.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required, with German language skills highly valued.
