About The Role

As a Loyalty Branded Products Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of Branded Products and benefits for Qatar Airways Privilege Club as well as bring a positive cash flow and impact to P&L.

Supporting the ongoing success of the commercial success of Qatar Airways Privilege Club program and managing the implementation of programme enhancements that will truly differentiate Qatar Airways Privilege Club as a leading Loyalty proposition, enabling Loyalty to achieve their corporate objective of addressing customer needs and generating incremental revenue

Key Accountabilities Are

  • Active involvement with senior leadership in decision-making and business strategy development and implementation
  • Establishing and driving cross functional working groups to be able to launch the branded clubs successfully
  • Creating business cases, product attributes, financials, and oversee the implementation of the branded clubs
  • Responsible for monitoring the development and tracking performance of the branded clubs (including products and services, enrolments, engagement, redemption, and more)
  • Identify opportunities in developing new products and/or services focused on branded clubs by conducting market research, analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders internally or externally.
  • Analyze and report member activity/ behavior results; make recommendations for improvements for future actions from a branded club lifecycle management perspective.
  • Develop branded club’s partnership strategy through design of optimal collaboration models with relevant non-airline partners that create new member benefits, improve earn velocity, provide new redemption choices and grow revenues
  • Review legal documents, liaising regularly with Legal and Contract teams to ensure compliance to standard business policies and practices.
  • Coordinate the launch pipeline of new branded club products and services in close discussion with Loyalty Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to achieve maximum publicity and exposure.
  • Work closely with designers and design teams to ensure the branding of branded clubs is consistent and in-line with Qatar Airways’ brand guidelines while also resonating with the customer.
  • Influence key internal/external partners to run joint offers, spend/awareness campaigns and targeted communication to enhance value to club members and promote new customer acquisitions
  • Study campaign reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure the impact and efficiency of our marketing and advertising efforts
  • Oversee the execution and development of all loyalty branded club go-to-market plans by managing the project calendar and providing direction

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Loyalty Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 6+ years of job-related experience
  • Possess a commercial acumen and have value driven mindset
  • Possess loyalty product understanding and/ experience of retail, travel, or hospitality
  • Be self-starter that proactively takes initiative, multi-tasks, and works independently with little supervision
  • Experience / advanced understanding of Agile ways of working
