Designer
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Designer — someone who knows how to take a brief and turn it into clean, thoughtful, on-brand visuals. This role is for a detail lover with strong technical skills and a desire to grow. You’ll work on everything from communication design to print materials and merch — always with high standards and a curious mind.
Kyiv-based only — we need someone who can be there for color proofing, print checks, and creative jams in the office.

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Designer — someone who knows how to take a brief and turn it into clean, thoughtful, on-brand visuals. This role is for a detail lover with strong technical skills and a desire to grow. You’ll work on everything from communication design to print materials and merch — always with high standards and a curious mind.
Kyiv-based only — we need someone who can be there for color proofing, print checks, and creative jams in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and finalize visual assets for campaigns, branding, social media, presentations, and merch
- Build visuals from scratch (collage, retouch, AI-generated, found imagery, layout)
- Handle design and pre-print production of various materials
- Take care of design consistency and attention to detail across 1000 formats
- Work closely with art directors on creative execution and visual decision-making
- 2+ years of experience in a creative agency or equivalent environment
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
- Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual composition
- Experience with both print and digital production
- A portfolio that shows your range and precision
- Ownership and motivation — you want to grow and show what you're capable of
- Attention to detail — nothing slips past you
- Openness to feedback and collaboration
- Curiosity and awareness of design trends
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously
