Role Summary

As an SDE III / Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical solutions for AI-powered product development. You’ll design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver user-ready products.

Must-have Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and containerization (Docker, K8S).
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools and workflows.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks and full-stack development.
