Procurement Project Manager (temporary position, during maternity leave)

Procurement Project Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of the procurement strategy for daily material needs, preparation, extension and control of contracts. Lead the assigned categories. In addition, supplier database management and other procurement activities. This position supports Baltics Procurement team.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead Direct and Indirect categories
• Support the implementation of the procurement strategy for daily material needs
• Plan procurement activities and deal with tenders
• Preparation, prolongation and control of contracts
• Supplier database management
• Supporting all Baltics Procurement team members
• Communication with different departments and information exchange
• Doing a background check (TPS) on new suppliers
• Updating contracts prices in system

Our expectations

• Previous work experience in procurement or supply chain processes
• University degree in Economics, Business Management or other similar area
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP or local ERP system
• Very good spoken and written English language skill
