We are assisting one of our clients in their search for an Embedded Systems Engineer with expertise in Edge AI and Vision Processing to support cutting-edge projects involving real-time object detection, sensor fusion, and ultra-low-latency image analysis. The ideal candidate has experience with embedded platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, NXP i.MX, or ARM Cortex-A) and has deployed lightweight ML models using TensorFlow Lite, ONNX, or OpenCV.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize real-time embedded vision systems for edge devices
• Integrate ML models (e.g., object detection, classification) into low-power hardware platforms
• Work with camera interfaces (CSI, MIPI) and image signal processing pipelines
• Implement sensor fusion algorithms combining visual and non-visual inputs (e.g., IMU, radar)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and AI/ML disciplines

Your Background

• Degree in Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related field
• Strong C/C++ programming skills with experience in real-time systems or RTOS
• Hands-on experience with edge AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime)
• Familiarity with OpenCV, GStreamer, or other vision-processing libraries
• Experience working with Linux-based embedded environments

Bonus Points

• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platform, NXP i.MX, or Qualcomm Snapdragon
• Knowledge of hardware acceleration techniques (e.g., GPU, NPU, or DSP optimization)
• Exposure to camera calibration, depth sensing, or stereo vision systems
• Familiarity with OTA updates or secure firmware deployment in vision-based products
