About the role

As a Product Manager, you will drive the product roadmap for wiring accessories in the Nordic markets. Your role involves market analysis, product specification, and collaboration with sales to ensure successful product launches. You will contribute to sustainability initiatives and support our customers in becoming more environmentally sustainable. In this position there will be some travel both in and outside Finland.

Work tasks

• Collect and analyze market trends and requirements and customer needs.
• Conduct competitor analyses and identify product gaps.
• Manage technical specifications and develop business cases.
• Monitor product portfolio and development roadmap.
• Collaborate with product managers and sales organizations.
• Support sustainable practices and create market opportunities.

We are looking for

• Preferably few years of experience from similar roles (Product Manager, Sales, Project Manager, etc.)
• Good knowledge of product management and/or sales, preferably from electrification industry
• Revelant educational background, for example Industrial or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of electrical installation, lighting, or cabling products is preferred
• Good language skills in English, Finnish and Swedish are considered as an advantage
