Your role

In the role of Senior Consultant, you will act as a Solution Lead. You are an expert at contributing to different phases of the application development lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in. You will define the problem, propose, refine and develop the solution. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Product Owners and Architects that enable our team to deliver solutions matching business value.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation, Architecture recommendation. Detailed Design
• Development, configuration, testing and deployment of the overall solution
• Guiding the team to ensure DevOps and automation practices are implemented as per needs.
• Guiding the distributed agile teams on project process, deliverables.
• Contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of technical experience required
• Should have strong Software Engineering skills including object-oriented analysis and design, End-to-end software development (requirements analysis, Architecture & design, implementation, testing, and support) on Java.
• Experience in front-end technologies such as Angular HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of React JS/Node JS would be good to have.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices and Java frameworks is preferred
• Deep understanding of software development processes and tools related to PLM such as CAD,3DX, ARAS will be a plus
• Experience working with offshore or nearshore team in delivering the solutions.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and its workarounds.
