Product Manager (CRM)

Comp: c.€100k base salary, 20-30% bonus, full health/vision/dental, pension, life and more benefits

4 days onsite in Dublin 2 office required, 1 day from home

We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our clients' CRM roadmap, with a strong focus on Salesforce and related platforms.

This role is critical to empowering our clients' Sales teams by delivering CRM solutions that align with both business objectives and user needs.

You’ll be responsible for defining product strategy, setting measurable goals, and driving execution in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Client Operations. As the subject matter expert for CRM, you’ll provide insights and propose innovative solutions that enhance sales effectiveness, streamline client engagement, and support long-term scalability.

Key responsibilities include overseeing third-party data integration, managing vendor relationships, and driving a platform mindset across all CRM initiatives. You’ll also play a central role in refining the product roadmap based on evolving business needs, industry trends, and user feedback.

We’re seeking a candidate with proven experience in product management (particularly within CRM platforms like Salesforce), strong analytical skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to influence across teams are essential.

Experience in asset management or related sectors is a plus.
