My client is looking for a passionate UX / Product designer to join their customer-facing innovative team. This client / team work across industries and continents to solve customer problems and bring transformational products and services to life.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, other UX and UI designers, and clients. You’ll need to be involved in every stage of the design process—from discovery and ideation to prototyping and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel with the team to facilitate hands-on innovation events across Europe (there may be travel involved - as much as 15%)
• You will lead design thinking activities to uncover insights and shape solutions
• Create sketches, flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• You will collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to co-create design solutions
• Support longer-term engagements such as user testing, iterative prototyping, and pilot development
• You'll need to prepare materials for upcoming events and refine deliverables post-engagement

Essential Skills

• Proven UX design experience, preferably in mobile applications
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate design concepts clearly
• Experience working with developers and product teams in agile environments
• A flexible, proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with design thinking or innovation methodologies (facilitation experience a plus)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid visual design skills and a keen eye for detail and usability
• Desirable - experience in print design, illustration, or visual identity; startup and/or enterprise experience
