Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst with deep cybersecurity experience to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide cyber programme on a fixed-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of cyber risk, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

You'll collaborate with enterprise architects, cybersecurity leads, IT, and business teams to strengthen cyber resilience, manage compliance obligations, and improve security controls and governance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

🔐 Capture and translate cybersecurity requirements into actionable plans

🛡️ Support threat identification, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, NIST2, GDPR)

📄 Produce business cases, process maps, and audit-ready documentation

📢 Bridge the gap between cyber teams and business stakeholders, ensuring secure solutions align with strategic goals

🧪 Contribute to system testing, user training, and solution validation

📊 Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity across all phases

Ideal experience:

✔️ 3+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally with cyber/IT security focus

✔️ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance

✔️ Experience with Microsoft Azure/O365, SIEM, endpoint tools, and cloud security

✔️ Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and ITIL environments

✔️ Excellent documentation, analysis, and communication skills

✔️ Relevant certifications (CBAP, CISM, CISSP, CRISC) a plus
