The role - your passion

  • You will be the technical and disciplinary leader of a new cross-functional software development team, working on our Wave platform
  • You will take active part as a developer in the team’s work
  • You will coach and mentor individual team members to help them grow personally and professionally
  • You will evangelize best of class development practices in your team
  • You will work closely with your Product Owner and Scrum Master to help the team reach its goals
  • You will work closely with other team leads and engineers in the roadsurfer engineering organization

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

  • The ability and motivation to be a hands-on servant leader for a cross-functional development team
  • You have profound experience in software development, and thrive on concepts like SOLID, TDD and DDD
  • You have significant experience with PHP, experience with the Symfony framework is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and monitoring and logging tools like Kibana or Grafana is helpful
  • You have at least some experience development web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular
  • You speak and understand English very well
