Why This Role Is Right for You

As a Junior Tester, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Italy. Together, we work on ensuring the correct support on all projetcs and develop in Authorization Systems Area. You will be working on the whole, applications landscape related to the payment authorisation system and its related systems for Risk Management and Pre-Paid Cards Portals; supporting the test books writer, Test phases excution and reporter.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Gather Functional and technical specifications, support the designing of the test book/cases.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) on designed applications.
• collect and report any bugs that emerge during the testing phases

Essential Qualifications

• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and SDLC
• Proficiency in using test management tools to plan, execute, and track tests
• Familiarity with popular automation frameworks
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and testing data in databases is helpful.
• Understanding API testing methodologies and tools for testing application interfaces.

Clear and concise communication is essential for reporting defects, collaborating with developers, and communicating test results.

The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
