About the position:
As a Product Line Sales Manager for Audio Visual solutions, you will be working in team with local Key Account Managers to drive businees of Logitech, Jabra, Workbooth, Prestigio Solutions and other brands in Baltic market.

Key Functions:
- Working directly with brands such as Logitech, Jabra, Workbooth, Prestigio Solutions to drive business in Baltic states
- Potential sales and competitor market research analysis
- Management of assortment and pricing
- Sales forecasting;
- Planning of KPIs for products both short term and long term (Inventory / Turnover)
- Maintenance of analytical data about product categories
- Planning and execution of marketing activities for the promotion of sales
- Development of customer base and direct participation in meetings
- Working together with the sales, marketing, logistics and central office departments and teams
- Creation of reports about the product category
Qualification and skills:
- 3+ year experience in selling IT solutions in Baltic market, experience in Audio Visual solutions is a plus.
- Higher education (Bachelor's degree and above)
- Experience in building communications, relations with system integrators
- Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, planning and execution skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills in both Latvian and English
- Category B driving license
Compensation:
- Gross Salary: 2800 - 3700 EUR per month
- Gross Profit Commission
- Medical insurance
